Reception 5PM - Brule Community Hall: 5010 Mountain Rd, Brule Alberta
The bride and groom will be camping the night before and the night of the wedding. We encourage everyone to camp with us to keep the celebrations going!
We have booked the entire campground for the weekend for everybody, there is a lot of room for trailers, tents and vehicles. Camping is free.
We ask that there are no wood fires during the weekend so that everyone's fancy attire does not smell like smoke. If you have a propane fire pit please bring it!
*there are NO water hookups or power hookups so please bring a generator if you require power*
*there are ONLY outhouses available at the campground (no showers/running water)*
The closest hotels are located in Hinton, which is approximately a 20 minute drive. There are also AirBNBs and a Bed and Breakfast in Brule, or many websites that rent and deliver camp trailers! Please feel free to reach out to Callie or Dylan for assistance.
There will be a toonie bar at the reception. NO card payments will be accepted and no ATM on site so please bring cash for drink tickets and to tip the bartender!
Bar Service will begin at 4PM.
We have arranged a shuttle service for people to go back to the campground after the reception. This is not a walking distance and we insist that those who are drinking use this shuttle. The shuttle will be operating all night to go back to the camp. There will be one final shuttle around 1:00AM to Hinton for those who are staying in a hotel.
The reception will be ending at 12AM and we will be continuing the celebrations at the Brule Community Campground afterwards. We shall see what the night has in store!
